Prepare a repeatable PDF packet

  1. Open PDF workflows and choose the packet preset. Try the two labelled synthetic sample PDFs, or select your own.
  2. Arrange file order. Keep Combine before Number if page numbers should run across the entire packet.
  3. Run all steps. Review the first-file preview, then download and open the whole output. Check page order and numbers.
  4. Name and save the recipe. Next time select it and choose a new batch. Export JSON to back up or transfer the configuration.

Up to 50 PDFs, 32 MiB and 500 pages per run. Combining needs two files at that step. Unsafe or unreadable inputs stop the run; only a successful final result is downloadable. For sensitive page content, use the PDF editor’s Redact tool and inspect its removal report.

  • Real downloadable outputs, not simulated progress or a Pro badge.
  • A local run report shows the steps completed, file counts and processing time. It does not measure staff hours saved or send statistics.
  • Files never go to ORDODAY’s servers. Configurations stay in this browser unless you export JSON.
  • No OCR, Word/PowerPoint conversion, scheduled background runs or team cloud sync. Metadata removal is not secure redaction.
