Common questions

Is ORDODAY really free?

Yes. Every tool on this site is free to use with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily task count. If paid extras are offered one day, they will be new features, and what is free today stays free.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Files are processed by your browser on your own device. The page's security policy only allows network requests to this site, and the processing code never sends file contents. You can check this yourself (see below).

Do I need an account?

No. There is no account. Saved routines and client setups, if you choose to save them, stay in this browser only.

Why does my file say it has no text?

The PDF is probably a scan or a photo. ORDODAY cannot read text from images yet (no OCR). You can still merge, split, rotate, number or sign it.

Does Thai work?

ORDODAY is built and tested in Thai: typed Thai in Edit PDF, Thai file names, and Thai text from supported PDFs. Some PDFs store Thai in a way no program can read back correctly; ORDODAY marks those characters as unreadable instead of guessing.

The download did not start on my phone

Tap the download button again and allow downloads if your browser asks. On iPhone, the file is in the Files app under Downloads. If it still fails, try another browser.

Can ORDODAY edit any text in a PDF?

Not any text. Edit PDF changes text it can rebuild exactly; for other text it offers to cover and retype, and says so. Redact removes content and checks the result before you download.

Is my signature legally binding?

Edit PDF places a drawn or picture signature on the page. It is not a certificate-based digital signature. Ask the person who receives the document whether that is acceptable.

Limits we know about

These protect your device from freezing. Larger jobs are refused with a reason instead of crashing the tab.

  • Up to 300 files and 1 GB in total per job; above 200 MB ORDODAY warns that it may be slow.
  • One spreadsheet or data file (CSV, Excel, JSON) up to 64 MB.
  • Saved PDF routines: up to 50 files, 32 MB and 500 pages per run.
  • Scanned or photographed PDFs: no text reading (no OCR) yet.
  • Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first.
  • Automated tests run in the engines behind Chrome and Edge (Chromium) and Safari (WebKit), including phone-sized screens. Firefox and real phones are not yet part of the automated tests.
  • Saved routines and client setups live in this browser. Clearing browser data removes them; use the backup buttons to keep a copy.

Check for yourself that nothing is uploaded

On a computer, with Chrome or Edge:

  1. Open any ORDODAY tool page.
  2. Press F12 (or right-click and choose Inspect), then open the Network tab.
  3. Add your file and run the tool.
  4. Look at the requests: you will see the page's own scripts and, unless your browser sends Global Privacy Control, a small anonymous usage event to this site. No request carries your file.

Usage events contain only labels such as which tool ran and size ranges — never file names or contents. Details are on the privacy page.

Contact and feedback

Most result screens let you rate the result with one tap. It sends only the option you tap, never your file, and nothing at all if your browser sends Global Privacy Control.
